Eligibility for Returns
- Products are eligible for return if they are:
- Damaged or defective on arrival
- Incorrect or not matching the description provided at the time of purchase
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags and invoices included.
- Customized or personalized jewellery (engraved, special orders) is not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
Process for Returns

- Share order details and photos of the product if defective/damaged.
- Our team will guide you through the return pickup or courier instructions.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding its approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
- If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can provide the same product (subject to availability) or an alternative item of equal value.
- In case the selected exchange item costs more, you will need to pay the difference.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons, unless defective)
- Gift vouchers and promotional items
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the product received is defective or incorrect, Themod.in will bear the return shipping costs.
- For voluntary returns (e.g., change of mind), customers will have to bear the courier/shipping cost.
